I am so appreciative for the crew who Installed our walk in shower. Victor and Brandon.were kind, professional and so very experienced. Their workmen ship was exceptional. Dave Martin, installation manager, was here to meet our needs. Rich, who moved our dryer vent was also so kind and worked the best possible way to redirect our venting for the dryer. We were extremely happy with the installation of our stand up shower set. We went all out and did the body sprays and the temperature gauge and the rainhead. The entire installation crew were excellent, kind, professional and worked hard to ensure everything looked and worked correctly. The sales manager, Joe, also is great with follow up and follow through when something needs to be taken care. Overall, very pleased with working with them.
We were thrilled to get our new shower installed. The folks that removed the old shower and installed the new one were great. They were very flexible and mindful of how the new shower should be installed (they suggested and made a few minor adjustments with install which was great). They were very clean and very quick with the installation. The only complaint I would say I have is that we had to custom order the shower door and glass walls. It took quite a bit of time for the order to come in and to finish the shower. But once it was done, we were extremely happy!
